The Götz Doll Hospital
How the doll hospital works and how you may take your doll to us will be explained here.
To ensure that we can assist your Götz doll to the best of our ability:
Service Type: We exclusively offer repairs for Götz dolls.
Limitations: Please understand that we may not be able to repair every Götz doll. We are unable to repair dolls manufactured before the year 2000.
International Repairs: Unfortunately, we can only repair dolls from Germany and Austria. If you would like to send your doll from abroad, please make sure to mention this in your request so that we can check how we might still be able to assist you.
Processing Time: Depending on the demand, processing in our doll hospital may take up to 6 weeks. If it takes longer, you can always find updates and the current status in our customer account.
Here is what to do:
1️⃣ Submit a Repair
Request Log into your customer account and submit a repair request. If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily register.
2️⃣ Evaluation & Cost
Estimate After receiving your request, we will check if the doll can be repaired. If so, you will receive a cost estimate or information on whether the issue is covered under warranty.
3️⃣ Confirmation & Shipping
Once you have accepted the cost estimate and completed the payment, you can send your doll to us. Please note that shipping costs to us need to be covered by you.
4️⃣ Repair & Return
Your doll will be repaired in the order it was received. Once finished, we'll send it safely packaged back to you - at no additional cost. You can check the status of your repair at any time in your customer account.
