We can deliver your order to a desired delivery address. Whether to home, work or a friend.


 

Flat-rate postage costs within Germany are 5.95 € per order.

Götz-Shop delivers all items to you directly – it’s quick, secure and reliable.
For orders less than EUR 25.00 we charge a flat rate of €5.95 as a shipping cost, which includes packaging. This is the cost regardless of how large or heavy your product is for postage anywhere within Germany.

 

Delivery is free for orders over €25.00 within Germany.

Delivery period

After we have received your order we will immediately forward it to the dispatch department. If you have chosen to make payment by prepayment, your order will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. If your delivery has still not arrived after the stated period, please let us know and we will look into it immediately.


 

Policy for damaged shipments

The majority of our deliveries arrive undamaged. If you notice evident damage of your goods on arrival, please inform the courier immediately. You may then choose to accept the goods subject to the terms and conditions or alternatively you can refuse the goods and send them back with the driver.
Should there be any damages or defects on unpacking the goods despite their being well-packaged, the goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt of the goods at the latest.
